Supplements you can use in Barf/raw

Vitamin E~~Not only a big antioxidant, its great for the heart, promotes circulation, healing, aids in arthritis, helps with normal functioning of the nervous system. This is a must for older dogs, however start at a low dose and work your way up.

Vitamin C~~Another antioxidant, collagen building,helps adrenal gland functioning, fights bacteria and viruses, prevents high blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, heals wounds and produces antistress hormones (and have you read the articles on Vitamin C on this site?) perhaps Hip Dysplasia also.

Glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM~~For the joints

Vitamin K~~has anti-ageing, for your older dog.

Brewers Yeast~~This stuff is loaded! And dogs love it. Rich in selenium, chromium and other factors natural to yeast. Several amino acids, minerals and trace elements, Vit B, Folic acid, fiber…and the list goes on.

Spirulina~~ natural source of phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, chlorophyll, carbohydrates, digestive enzymes and gamma-linolenic acid. High in vitamin B-12, lowers cholesterol, increases energy, and promotes healthy nerves, skin and coat.
